Special Regulations for Section M:
1. Entries must be delivered to the Secretary by 12 noon Friday, May 10 2019 NOTE we are requesting entries a week earlier this year to allow for exhibit at showgirl cocktail evening on Saturday 11th May 2019.
2. Exhibits must be bona fide work of the exhibitor, must be completed within the last 2 years and must be original. Exhibits must not have won a prize at a previous Wee Waa Show.
3. Entries to be made in 1 class only.
4. Entries must be framed or mounted ready to hang complete with Exhibitor’s Name, Title and Class clearly marked on the back or ART WORK will not be accepted at the Show Office.
5. Exhibitors wishing to sell a painting must mark the Entry Form accordingly with the price. 20% commission will be deducted from ALL sales.
Entry fee: $2 Adult ; $1 Child

1. Painting. Any subject and medium not covered below.

2. Drawing Any medium, any subject. Must be produced in traditional drawing technique. $25 Donated by Mrs Clare Sevil.
3. Mixed Media Combination of techniques and subject, any medium acceptable (including computer). $25 Donated by Mrs Freda Hamilton.
4. Landscape Includes: Seascape, Waterscape, City, Desert, Urban Scenes where the scene is the subject of the work (any medium)$25 Donated by Mrs Judith Cameron + $25 Donated by Q & S Vogel.
5. Aboriginal Art must be influenced by traditional Aboriginal Art. Can be traditional or contemporary. Any subject or any medium. Can be created by any race. $20 Donated by Wee Waa Show Society.
6. Portrait Any medium. $25 Donated by Q&S Vogel.
7. Sculpture Any medium. Entries should not exceed 1 meter in any direction and must have a stable base. The overall weight must allow easy transportation and not exceed the carrying capacity of 2 people.
